This is the guide about Changing the project details in SDL Studio Trados 2019, that help you to use SDL Studio Trados 2019 easier.

You can change the project details at any time if your project requirements change.

Procedure

1. Go to the Projects view and select the project.
2. Go to the Home tab, and select Project Settings from the Ribbon.
3. Enter a new description in the Description box.
4. Browse for a different location, if necessary.
5. Select the Allow source editing checkbox to make source content editable. This is useful especially if the source content contains mistakes.
6. If you select the previous checkbox, you can also select the Disable merging segments across pragraphs checkbox if you want to keep paragraphs separate from one another.
7. Select the Users assigned on a project package must run verification before returning the package if you want to prompt users to run verification once their package work is complete.
8. Select Use word-based tokenization for Asian source languages to switch word counting in SDL Trados Studio from a character to character basis to a word to word basis. This will provide a more accurate, word-based result in Analysis and Confirmation statistics.
   Note: You need to reopen your documents for this setting to apply to them.
9. Select a different customer, if necessary.
10. Select OK to save your changes to close the Project Settings dialog.
