You can print the reports that detail your projects’ progress and results any time. Printed reports can be stored for reference or presented as first-hand information to stakeholders.

Procedure

1. Go to the Reports view.
2. Go to the Home tab and, in the Report group, decide whether you want to:
   • See a print preview of the report – Select Print Preview. The print preview opens in a separate window.
   • Print the report – Select Print, and then, in the Print dialog, select the printer and print options you want to use. Select Print.
