I am a DTP specialist and a Localization Engineer in Languages Industry. I am working as a freelancer for Translation/Localization Companies around the world.
I got a college qualification and my major is international technology (IT) so that I might have become a programmer or website designer. However, I became a Localization Engineer and then worked as a DTPer for Translation/Localization Companies.
I have worked as a Localization Engineer for 5 years, and as a DTPer for 8 years. Maybe my interest in designing documents and typography might motivate me to become a DTPer. And all my clients are Translation/Localization Companies.
DTP products are used online or printed for customers so that I always spend time on watching my products after completing the Multilingual Desktop Publishing projects and I feel blissful about that.
I do all languages around the world such as Right to left (RTL) language and Left to Right (LTR) language, Asian, Western, Central & Eastern European, Baltic, Cyrillic, Middle Eastern, and India languages.
I have done many Multilingual Desktop Publishing projects in most languages around the world. Project deliverables range from technical docs (online & offline) to brochures and art files, Profile, Catalogue, and Brochure. I proficiently use professional DTP software such as InDesign, Framemaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word and PowerPoint, and CAT Tools as SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ, Memsource, Wordfast.
Frankly, the high awareness of CAT Tools allows me to provide a Multilingual Desktop Publishing Service with high quality for Translation/Localization Companies. In my country, I have frequently trained Project Manager và Translators about CAT Tools, especially SDL Studio and Memoq.
